Natalie Linarte serves as an office manager to the entire floor while she manages the firm’s billing and accounting matters. She has many years of customer service experience and with her recent experience in IP law, has developed an appreciation and understanding of the USPTO rules. Natalie also serves as the firm’s point of contact in various billing and invoicing efforts. Natalie is responsible for managing the staff, including interns, in training them and drafting reporting letters that go out with issued patent letters and trademark registrations.
In her current role, she uses the firm’s billing software, TimeSlips, to enter and prepare invoices while communicating with vendors and foreign associates to ensure their invoices are accounted for and appropriately billed to clients.
